No Refund, Return, or Exchange Policy for Hats

All Sales Are Final on Hats
All purchases of hats made through ALL-IN Supply are considered final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any hat purchases for any reason, including size, fit, or change of mind.
Defective or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect hat, you must contact our Customer Service within 7 days of receiving your order. If the defect or error is confirmed, we will replace the item at our discretion. The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
Shipping Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply to resend the order.
